This week has had its challenges and has been very busy. Although our house isn’t on the market yet, someone did approach us about buying our house and he’s coming to check the house out on Friday. Being that I’m so busy preparing for this showing, I do not have time to post this week!
I should be back next week with another post. By the way, I haven’t got any sewing done!
Have a great week!
Another busy week is behind me. I did accomplish some sewing but I’ve been busy preparing for our upcoming yard sale. And in the weeks ahead, we will be preparing to sell our home. I don’t know how much sewing I’ll accomplish over the next several weeks but I will try to continue to post weekly.
As a substitution, I will feature my favorite sewing YouTube videos. I love these videos and learn so much.
Keeping with a theme of organizing (I’ll be doing a lot of this in the coming weeks), I’m featuring Modern Homemakers. She has some great videos-including the two below. One is for creating your own fabric bolts out of cardboard and the other is to create your own fabric covered boxes (instead of those pricey canvas bins).
So, here you go. And I hope you enjoy these as much as I have!

Thanks for reading! I’ll be back next week with another great YouTube find!
